The Naveen Jindal Foundation (NJF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development and prosperity of the nation. Established with the vision of creating a brighter and more sustainable future, NJF operates through the key pillars of Education, Health, Infrastructure Development, Women Empowerment, Sports, Agriculture Reforms, and Skill Development.
Central to the Foundation’s mission is Naveen AVSAR (Advance Vocational Skills for Aspirational and Rewarding lives), a flagship platform designed to transform the lives of young people in Kurukshetra and neighboring regions. By bridging the gap between traditional learning and modern market requirements, Naveen AVSAR empowers youth with the skills, knowledge, and multi-stakeholder partnerships necessary to succeed in both domestic and global markets.

Our International Skill Centres

Under the transformative umbrella of Naveen AVSAR, Naveen Jindal Foundation operates specialized hubs designed to cultivate a world-class workforce:

Kurukshetra International Skill Centre (KISC)

The Kurukshetra International Skill Centre is a cutting-edge hub of excellence spread across 50,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art infrastructure. Designed to train over 700 students per shift, KISC redefines future learning with digitally enabled classrooms and modern laboratories. The centre focuses on delivering employability and soft skills training that empowers youth to thrive in highly competitive global markets.

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule International Skill Centre

Developed in collaboration with the Haryana Government at the Bahlolpur ITI, the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule International Skill Centre is a specialized facility aimed at enhancing regional skill development. Managed by NJF, this centre provides international-level training and certification, ensuring youth can secure rewarding careers in India and abroad without having to settle for unskilled labour.
